You pay only your processor's standard rate, exactly as if you billed the couple directly. Prefer to invoice outside Hailo? That works too.

Quick answers.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. We ask for a card when you start so your trial flows into your plan with no interruption. You're not charged until day 4, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Why doesn't Pro have a trial?

Pro's quotas are built for teams already running volume, so it bills from day one. If you want to try Hailo first, start on Solo or Studio and move up whenever you like. Changing plans takes one click and the price is pro-rated.

Which plan should I choose?

Solo fits a filmmaker doing a handful of weddings a season. Studio is built for full-time studios shooting most weekends. Pro is for high-volume teams and multi-shooter operations. You can move between plans anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from inside Hailo in one click. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we won't bill you again.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing saves 15% on any plan, paid up front.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get 30 days to export everything. After that, we delete it. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Can I buy just one wing, only Edit or only Deliver?

We considered it. The honest answer is the wings get far more useful when they're connected: your delivery page knows which project it belongs to, and your CRM knows when a film was viewed. So Hailo is one app. If pricing is the blocker, talk to us.
