One thing to know about Stripe Connect

If you accept client payments through Hailo's built-in Stripe integration, we apply a 0.5% application fee on top of Stripe's standard processing fees. This is how Hailo can keep monthly pricing flat while still building payment features.

The fee is disclosed before any payment is processed, and you can always invoice clients outside Hailo if you'd rather avoid it.

Example: $5,000 wedding payment via Stripe
  Stripe processing fee: ~$150 (2.9% + $0.30)
  Hailo application fee: $25 (0.5%)
  You receive: ~$4,825

Pricing FAQ

Quick answers.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get full access for 14 days, no payment info required. We'll ask for a card on day 14 if you want to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside Hailo with one click. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds, but we also won't bill you again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get 30 days to export everything. After that, we delete it. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing saves 15% — paid up front, $2,040/year instead of $2,400. Available after your trial. Email support@hailo.studio if you want to switch.
Do you offer a team / agency plan?
Not yet — Hailo is currently designed for solo filmmakers and small studios. Multi-seat / agency pricing is on the roadmap. Let us know if you'd want it.
What if I just want one wing — only Edit, or only Deliver?
We considered it. The honest answer is the wings get a lot more useful when they're connected (your delivery page knows which project it belongs to, your CRM knows when delivery was viewed). So Hailo is sold as one app. If pricing is the blocker, talk to us.
