Discovery call booking on a page that is yours

Under Settings > Call scheduler, Hailo gives you a book-a-call page at an address ending in your studio's name. Click any text on the preview to edit it: the title, the intro under it and the message couples see once a call is confirmed. Set the accent color and how round the corners are, and the consultation booking page reads as yours rather than a scheduling company's.

Drop the link in emails, on your site or in your Instagram bio. A switch at the top stops new bookings without taking the page down, for the weeks you are fully booked or away.

Call hours, limits and a video link for each call

Your week is a grid. Drag down a day to draw the hours you take calls, and draw two blocks on one day if you shoot in the middle of it. Then set how long a call lasts, the gap between calls, the most calls you will take in a day, how much notice you need and how far ahead couples can book, all in your own time zone.

Pick where the call happens. With Google Calendar connected, Hailo makes a fresh Google Meet link for each call. Or paste one meeting link of your own and it goes out on every call.

Connect Google Calendar and busy time on your calendars is held out of the page as well, so nobody books a call over a wedding or a family dinner you already have. The sync itself is covered under calendar sync.

What the couple sees, and what lands in Hailo

The couple picks a day, then a time, then types their name and email, plus their partner, phone, venue and anything you should know if they like. They see a confirmation with a button to join the call, and an email with the time and the link arrives from your own mailbox.

On your side, Hailo creates a lead with the source Booked a call and the status Contacted, puts the call on your calendar linked to that lead, rings the bell and logs the booking on the couple's activity rail. Their venue and notes are already on the lead when you open it before the call, ready for the lead pipeline once you hang up.

Or keep the scheduler you already use

If you book through Calendly, Acuity or Cal.com, Hailo does not ask you to move. Paste that link under Settings > Integrations, and your email templates drop it in wherever they invite a couple to a call. Use Hailo's own page and leave that field empty, and saving the call scheduler fills it with your Hailo link, so the same templates point there.

Calls booked on Hailo's own page are the ones that arrive as a lead with the call already on your calendar and its video link attached. That is the main reason to move discovery call booking onto Hailo, even if you keep an outside scheduler for other meetings.
