A wedding video delivery platform built into your studio
Hailo is a wedding video delivery platform that sits in the same app as your clients, so the gallery, the email that sends it and the project it closes out are one job instead of three tabs. Pick the couple, drop in the films, and Hailo builds the page they will watch on.

How to deliver a wedding video to a client in one place
The usual routine has a lot of hops: export, upload to a host, copy the link, paste it into an email, then go back to your CRM and mark the job done. In Hailo a gallery attaches to the couple's project, so it shows on their client record and your dashboard from the start.
Choose who it is for, drop in the films and tag each one: teaser, highlight, ceremony, dances, speeches or other. The first film to land becomes the feature. Publishing turns the link on and, unless you untick it, marks the project, deal and client delivered and runs any automation you set to fire on delivery. Send to couple then opens an email you read before it goes, sent from your own mailbox.
What the couple sees when they open the link
The gallery opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer: an optional splash with their names, a music bed that fades when a film plays, the cover, the feature film and your personal note, then extra films, downloads, a review prompt, add-ons they can buy and credits for every vendor from the day. You decide which sections show and in what order.
Upload a 4K export and they stream and download it in 4K. The detail is on the 4K streaming and download page.
Choosing a wedding video delivery platform
If you are comparing VidFlow alternatives, Pixieset alternatives for video or a Vimeo alternative for filmmakers, decide first whether you want plain wedding video hosting or a page built around the couple. A host gives you a player and a link. Hailo gives you the page, the email and the client record together. For a fact-by-fact look, see the VidFlow comparison.
Know the limits before you move. Hailo delivers films, not photos. Your plan includes a monthly delivery allowance, and a gallery closes a year after its newest film upload unless you buy more years for it. Hailo is not an archive, so keep your own copy of every film. Plan details are on the pricing page.
After the link goes out
Wedding video delivery does not end at the send button. Each gallery shows viewers, plays, how far anyone watched and downloads, and you get a notification the first time the couple opens it. Lifecycle emails follow up with a 30-day check-in, download reminders and a note on their first anniversary.

Questions filmmakers ask
What is the best way to deliver wedding videos to clients?
The best way to deliver wedding films is a private page that streams the film and lets the couple download a full-quality copy, so they can watch, share and keep it. In Hailo that page streams in 4K where your export is 4K, takes an optional password, and goes out by email from your own mailbox. Keep your master files too: a gallery is a delivery, not a backup.
Is Vimeo good for delivering wedding films?
It can work. Vimeo describes itself as an all-in-one video platform for hosting, managing and sharing video, with password protection and analytics, serving video pros, marketing teams, educators and enterprises. A wedding video delivery platform adds the page around the film: a cover with the couple's names, your note, add-ons, vendor credits and a review prompt, sent from the app that holds the client.
How long should couples have access to their wedding film?
Long enough to watch, share and download it. A Hailo gallery closes a year after its newest film upload; adding a film moves the date on, and you can buy extra years. The couple is emailed a month and a week before the date and asked to save their films. Once downloaded, the files are theirs for good.
Should I deliver a wedding video on USB or online?
Online first, because that is how couples watch and share. A gallery link reaches parents and friends in a text, and downloads let the couple keep a copy. A USB still makes a good keepsake, and in Hailo you can offer one as a paid add-on on the gallery, priced from your catalog.
