Fonts
See the preloaded typefaces, upload your own brand font and remove one you no longer use.
Settings > Your studio > Fonts is the typeface library: preloaded faces plus your own uploads. It is where you add and remove fonts. Choosing which face is used for headings and body text happens on Logo and colors, and the proposal editor lets you apply any of these per element.
Every face on the page is shown in its own typeface, set as "Avery & Jordan, October 12" so you can see capitals, numerals and an ampersand.
Preloaded fonts
Ten faces come with Hailo and are already used by its proposal layouts.

Four of these are display faces and are never offered as the Body pick on Logo and colors: Allura, Bebas Neue, Italiana and Bodoni Moda. Body text drives the proposal paragraphs and the full contract a couple reads and signs, and those faces do not hold up at that size. They remain available for headings. Your own uploads are not filtered this way.
Add a custom font
The Add a custom font card accepts WOFF2, WOFF, TTF or OTF files up to 4 MB.
- Type a Family name. This is the label that shows in the font picker, so make it readable ("Beyond Brand Sans"), not the filename. Up to 80 characters.
- Pick the Weight: 100 (Thin) through 900 (Black). Default 400 (Regular).
- Pick the Style: Normal or Italic.
- Click Click or drop a font file and choose the file, or drag it onto the zone. The zone shows the filename once picked.
- Click Add to library.
To carry a bold or italic cut of the same family, upload it again with the same family name and the matching weight or style.

Your uploads
Each uploaded face lists its family name and its weight and style ("400 ยท Normal"). The group header counts them.
Remove a font
- Click Remove on the row.
- Confirm "Remove {family} from your library?". The dialog warns that galleries already using it fall back to the default typeface.
The message "Font removed." confirms it. The face disappears from the pickers.
Removing a font takes it out of your library but does not delete the file itself, so proposals that were already saved with that face keep rendering it until you pick a different one on them.
If it didn't work
- The font shows in the library but proposals fall back to another face. Open the proposal and pick the font again from the editor's picker.
- The upload button does nothing. All three of family name, file and a supported format are required.
- The new face is missing from the Body list on Logo and colors. Uploaded fonts are always offered. Reload the page if the list looks stale.
