Redo or restart onboarding
Walk through onboarding again without losing anything, and understand the difference from the destructive restart.
Your avatar menu (top right) has an item to walk through onboarding again. It is a review, not a reset: everything you have built stays. A second, destructive item exists for Hailo's own account and is described here so the two are never confused.
Redo onboarding
Available to every signed-in user. It reopens the setup wizard with your current answers pre-filled and re-arms the guided tour.

- Click your avatar in the top right.
- Click Redo onboarding.
- In the dialog Redo onboarding? ("Walk through onboarding again? Your clients, projects and settings all stay exactly as they are."), click Start walkthrough. Or click Never mind to close it.
- The wizard opens. Walk it through and finish as before.
Use this to change an early answer you cannot find elsewhere, or to see the tour again. Nothing is erased.
Restart onboarding
This item carries a Dev tag and appears only on Hailo's own owner account. Studio accounts do not see it. It is a factory reset of the workspace.
If you do see it, its dialog is titled Restart onboarding and erase everything? and warns: "This permanently deletes ALL your workspace data" (clients, projects, invoices, payments, leads, bookings, proposals and templates) "and starts onboarding over from scratch. This cannot be undone." The buttons are Erase everything & restart and Keep my data.

Any analysis still running in the Edit wing is stopped first, so it does not reappear after the reset.
Restart cannot be undone. Export your data first from Settings > Account > Backup (JSON).
If it didn't work
- Redo onboarding sends you straight back to the dashboard. Onboarding is desktop-only. Open the desktop app and try again.
- You expected Restart and only see Redo. That is by design. Redo is the one for studios. To start over, delete records from their own screens or contact support.
