Proposal presets
Save a finished proposal setup and reuse it as a starting point on the next lead.
A preset is a proposal with the couple removed: the layout, photos, films, fonts, packages and contract, saved so the next proposal starts finished. Presets appear in the lead's Booking tab under the layout picker's Your saved templates group.
Save the proposal you are looking at
- In the builder, open Advanced settings > Save as preset.
- Type a Preset name, for example "Full-day collection".
- Click Save preset.
The couple's name, date and venue are left behind on purpose. If the name is taken you see "You already have a preset called that. Pick another name."
Use a preset
On a lead, open the Booking tab, choose All-in-one booking, and in step 01 pick the preset from Your saved templates. Hailo creates a draft with the preset's layout, line items and contract, with the couple's name, date and venue stamped in from the lead.
The older proposal templates page
Presets are stored as proposal templates, and there is an older page for managing them by hand. It is not linked from the Templates library and Cmd+K does not list it; Hailo keeps it for studios that set presets up before the builder's Save as preset existed. The page is titled Proposal templates with the subtitle "Pre-bundled proposals". Each row shows Name, Layout, Line items and Description, with a Select all checkbox, Delete selected and Clear for bulk removal. The delete confirmation warns when one of the selected rows is your default.
The builder on that page (New template) has these fields:

Click Create template or Save template. Deleting asks "Delete this proposal template? Proposals that were already created from it keep their snapshot."
Edits to a preset never change proposals already created from it. Each proposal keeps its own copy.
