The Templates library
Find every reusable thing in Hailo (forms, questionnaires, emails, contracts, proposal designs, your catalog, shot lists and automations) from one page.
Templates in the sidebar opens the library: one page that links to everything you build once and reuse on every wedding. The subtitle reads "Everything reusable in one place". Nothing on this page is sent to a couple; it is a set of doors.
The tiles
Each tile shows a title, a one-line description, and a count of how many you have (for example "3 questionnaires"). A tile with nothing in it shows a "Nothing here yet" pill instead of a count. Click the tile, or its Browse arrow, to open that library. Most tiles also carry a New link that jumps straight to the builder.
| Tile | What it holds | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Embed forms | "Embed on your site. Submissions land in Leads." Inquiry forms for your own website. | Lives in Settings, so the tile reads Open in Settings instead of Browse. See Inquiry form builder. |
| Questionnaires | "Forms you send to clients to capture wedding-day details." | Questionnaires |
| Email templates | "Reusable email bodies that power the send actions." | Email templates |
| Contract templates | "Reusable contract bodies for proposals." | Contract templates |
| Proposal templates | "Client-facing proposal designs. Every section is editable per-proposal." This tile opens the gallery of proposal designs. | Proposal layouts |
| Catalog | "Service packages and a-la-carte items you offer." | Catalog |
| Shot lists | "Reusable wedding-day shot lists, organized by section." | Shot lists |
| Automations | "Emails that send themselves at the right moment." | Automations |
The tile called Proposal templates opens the proposal designs gallery (Editorial Cream, Wild Hearts and so on). Saved proposal setups are a different thing and are covered in Proposal presets.
Which one do I need?
- A couple should tell you things (ceremony time, must-have shots, music): Questionnaires.
- A couple should sign something: Contract templates, then attach one to a proposal.
- You want to change what a proposal looks like: Proposal templates (the designs).
- You want to change what you sell and what it costs: Catalog.
- You want an email to go out by itself: Automations, which use Email templates.
- You want a printed checklist for the wedding day: Shot lists.
