Email the couple their link
Send the gallery link from Hailo, with a subject and message you can check before it goes.
Once a gallery is published you can email the couple their link from inside Hailo. The email goes out from your connected mailbox and is recorded on the client's timeline.
Before you start
- The gallery has to be published.
- The client needs an email address on their record.
- You need a connected email account. See Gmail.
The three states
Open Share and the Email the couple fold. It reads one of:

Send the email
- Click Send to couple (in the Share panel, or in the toast right after publishing).
- The Send this to your couple sheet opens. It shows To, a Subject field, a Message box and a preview of your email signature.
- Change the subject or message if you like.
- Click Send email. Cancel closes the sheet without sending.

Watch it, download it, and share it with family whenever you like.
If your studio has a saved email signature, Hailo appends it. If not, a sign-off with your studio name is added instead, so you never get your name twice.
Where the send is recorded
The email appears on the client's timeline in Manage, with open tracking on. Hailo also posts a notification, "Delivery sent to
If it didn't work
