The Files tab
Keep scans, vendor PDFs and mood boards on the lead, and see every proposal, booking and gallery Hailo made for the couple.
The Files tab keeps everything paper-shaped about a couple in one place: things you upload and things Hailo generated for them.
Upload a file
The card at the top reads "Drop anything" with the hint "scans, vendor PDFs, mood boards".
- Drag a file onto the area labelled Drop a file here, or click click to browse and pick one.
- The file appears under Uploaded by you as soon as the upload finishes.
Each file can be up to 25 MB. Any file type is accepted.
Uploaded by you
Each row shows an icon for the file type, the file name, a note if you added one, the date and the size. Click a row to open the file.
To remove a file, use the delete control on its row. Hailo asks you to confirm with "This can't be undone." Until you upload something, the section reads "Nothing uploaded yet."
Generated from this lead
Hailo lists documents it created for this couple so you do not have to hunt for them:

Questionnaire sends are tied to the client record, so they appear here only after the lead has become a client. Before conversion this group is empty even if a questionnaire is attached to the booking.
Delivery galleries
Once the lead has become a client and you have built a gallery for them in the Deliver wing, it is listed under Delivery galleries. See Deliver overview.
Troubleshooting
The upload never finishes or the file is refused. Check the size. The limit is 25 MB per file. Compress the PDF or split it.
A proposal I made is not under Generated from this lead. It was made for a different record, or it has no couple attached. Open the proposal, then Advanced settings > Prepared for, and set the couple.
