The Profile tab
Review what the couple told you when they inquired, move them along the pipeline by hand, and keep your Couple Notes.
The Profile tab is the plain-facts page for a lead: what they told you, where they are in the pipeline, and what you think.
Couple Notes
The first card holds your internal notes about the couple. Every private note you add from the Activity rail is copied here, so this is the one place to reread everything you wrote about them. Notes are never shown to the couple. See Tags and notes.
Inquiry details
| Field | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Wedding (tentative) | The tentative wedding date. |
| Venue | The location or venue you entered, or the couple gave on your form. |
| Budget | The budget you entered, or the budget field from your form. |
| Source | Where the lead came from. |
To change any of these, click ⋯ > Edit lead in the header.
Form responses
If the lead came through your inquiry form, every answer they gave is listed under Form responses, including custom questions that have no field of their own on the lead. See The public inquiry form.
Pipeline status
Three chips: Inquiry, Contacted, Booked. Click one to set the lead's status. This is the intended place to move a lead forward or backward by hand; it does the same thing as clicking the strip in the header. See The lead pipeline.
The Tasks tab
The Tasks tab next to Financials is a placeholder for now. It shows "Pre-booking checklist" and explains that stage-based tasks such as scheduling a consult, building a quote and sending a proposal will appear there later. There is nothing to set up.
Troubleshooting
Budget shows a dash but the couple gave one on the form. The form's budget question was a text answer. It appears under Form responses; edit the lead to copy it into the Budget field.
