What the run made

When an analysis finishes, the progress card becomes the done panel. It lists every timeline the run produced, with a button to open each one in your editor, plus a few controls for the run as a whole.

"What the run actually made"

The top of the panel is headed What the run actually made. One row per timeline:

• An icon and the timeline's name.
• A one-line description of what it is.
• An Open in Premiere / Open in Final Cut / Open in Resolve button for that timeline.

Under the rows, the deliverables folder path.

Ceremony	"The ceremony, angles synced to the recorder"	The ceremony film, when you switched it on.
Speeches	"Each toast, found and synced"	The speeches films, when you switched them on.
Multicam	"Angles synced and stacked"	A stacked or multicam timeline.
Timeline	"Every clip, in order, labelled by moment"	The main Full Clips or Steady Clips timeline.

The block is hidden when a run produced nothing to open.

The main buttons

Button	What it does
Open in your editor (labelled Open in Premiere, Open in Final Cut or Open in Resolve once your editor setting loads, with the app's icon)	Exports the main timeline if needed and opens it in your editor.
Build the project	Premiere Pro only. Builds a Premiere project with your footage in bins by moment and every timeline this run made as a sequence. The label changes to "Building in Premiere…" and then "Built · 12 bins, 412 clips, 2 timelines". Hidden for Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve, which take everything in one file.
Preview timeline	Opens the Selects Preview panel so you can scrub the assembled timeline before exporting.
Show files	Reveals the exported timeline files in Finder.

Status messages appear under the buttons: "Exporting your timeline…", "Opening in your editor…", "Opened in your editor.", "Sent to your editor.", or "Revealed the timeline in Finder." when the editor is not installed and Hailo shows you the file instead.

For DaVinci Resolve, the button drives the whole build through Resolve. When that is not possible, a numbered step 2 appears: "In Resolve, click Workspace › Scripts › Hailo - your wedding, your project builds itself." See Open in DaVinci Resolve.

The "Saved to" line

The panel ends with Saved to and a clickable path. Click it to open the folder in Finder. See Where files land.

The completion banner

Above the clip grid a banner reads Premiere Project Ready: "Your selected clips have been assembled into a Premiere XML sequence. Original source files referenced - no re-encoding, full quality preserved." It shows the output path and the reminder "Open Premiere Pro > File > Import > select the .xml file."

Under it, a Timeline Colors legend shows the colour each moment carries in your editor (Prep, Ceremony, Speeches, Dancing and so on). The legend heading names the editor you chose in Settings, and the swatches are that editor's palette. Change the colours in the Edit settings gear under Timeline Label Colors. See Edit settings.

The banner ends with Re-export with Current Preferences.

Re-export controls

Lower on the card: "Changed your preferences? Re-export without re-analyzing." with the same colour legend and the Re-export with Current Preferences button. See Re-export.

"Finishing up"

The status pill can read finishing up after the analysis is complete. It means films you switched on (ceremony, speeches, blueprint) are still building behind the finished analysis. The rows for those films appear under What the run actually made when they land.

If it didn't work

What you see	What to do
"Could not export the timeline."	The deliverables folder is not writable. Check the drive, then try again.
"The engine is running an older build - quit and reopen Hailo, then try again."	Hailo updated while the engine was running. Quit and reopen.
"Could not open it: …"	Your editor is not installed or did not respond. Click Show files and import the timeline by hand.
"Nothing to build - no clips on disk and no timelines in …"	The footage drive is disconnected. Plug it in and click Build the project again.
"Could not reach Hailo to build the project."	The engine on your Mac is not answering. Quit and reopen Hailo.
The rows list another wedding's timelines	Two weddings share one deliverables folder. Move one wedding to its own folder, or switch to Next to the footage in Settings.
