The Proposals list

See every proposal by status, open one, and delete several at once without taking a signed booking down by mistake.

Finance > Proposals lists every proposal in the studio. The header carries the Finance tabs (Overview, Unpaid, Proposals, Invoices, Reports) and a New proposal button.

Filter by status

A capsule of pills filters the list: all, draft, sent, viewed, accepted, declined, expired. Each pill shows a count and a coloured dot for the status. The count line above the list reads "N proposals".

Status Meaning
draft Created, not sent.
sent Emailed or published; the couple has not opened it.
viewed The couple opened the link at least once.
accepted Signed.
declined The couple declined.
expired Past its 30-day expiry without acceptance.

Columns

Proposal (the title, with the couple under it), Status, Total and Sent (the date and time it went out, or a dash).

Clicking a title opens the proposal. For a proposal attached to a client it opens the client's Booking tab with that proposal selected; for a lead's proposal it opens the builder directly.

Delete several at once

  1. Tick the checkbox on each row, or tick Select all in the header.
  2. A bar appears reading "N proposals selected" with Delete selected and Clear.
  3. Click Delete selected and confirm "Delete N proposals?".
Heads up

If any selected proposal is accepted, the confirmation adds "N of them were already accepted. The signature and acceptance record go too." Deleting an accepted proposal removes the couple's signed record. Clear that row from the selection unless you mean it.

After deleting, the banner reads "Deleted N proposals." Selecting nothing and pressing delete shows "Nothing selected."

Empty states

With no proposals at all: "No proposals yet" and "Build a proposal in two minutes: pick a couple, drop in packages, watch the contract auto-fill. Send the link and the next email you get back is 'where do we sign?'" with a Build your first proposal button. With a filter that matches nothing: "No proposals".
