The Bookings page

A plain list of every signed contract with its total and what has been paid.

Bookings is a list of signed contracts. It is not in the sidebar; the day-to-day view of a booking is the Booking tab on the couple's record. Use this page when you want every booking in one table.

Open it

Press ⌘K, type "Bookings" and press ↵.

Columns

Column What it shows
Client The couple.
Event The wedding.
Status The booking's state.
Total The contract total.
Paid What has been received.

Click a row for a short summary: Status, Total and Paid, and Contract signed with the date.

Empty state

"No signed contracts yet" with the note that a booking appears the moment a couple accepts the proposal and signs, after which the deposit is queued, the date is locked and the rest of the workflow starts.

Troubleshooting

A booking I sent is not here. The couple has not signed yet. Until they do, it is a booking package on the Booking tab of their lead, not a signed contract.
