Add your Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Facebook and Google review link so couples can find you from proposals and delivery pages.

Settings > Your studio > Links is where couples go when they tap something of yours on a proposal or a delivery page. Leave any field blank to hide that icon. Changes save as you make them.

Where couples find you

Every field is optional. Each saves when you leave the box.

Field What to type What Hailo stores
Instagram Your handle, with or without the "@" (placeholder "@yourhandle"). The bare handle. The box shows it with "@" in front.
YouTube Your channel address (placeholder "youtube.com/@yourstudio"). A full link. A bare domain gets "https://" added.
TikTok Your profile address (placeholder "tiktok.com/@yourstudio"). A full link, "https://" added if missing.
Vimeo Your profile address (placeholder "vimeo.com/yourstudio"). A full link, "https://" added if missing.
Facebook Your page address (placeholder "facebook.com/yourstudio"). A full link, "https://" added if missing.
Google review link Your Google "write a review" link (placeholder "https://g.page/r/.../review"). Stored as typed, up to 500 characters.

The Google review link sits last and full width because it is the one link that asks the couple for something rather than showing them something. It is the link couples tap to leave you a review.

Blank clears a field. Whatever Hailo stores is written back into the box, so if you typed "youtube.com/@yourstudio" you will see the "https://" version after it saves.

  • Proposal footer: only if Show social links is on. The shortcut at the bottom of this page, "Choose which of these show in your proposal footer", takes you to Proposals and invoices.
  • Delivery pages: the gallery footer lists the same icons.
  • Google review link: used by the review prompt on delivery pages.

If it didn't work

  • The status line reads "Couldn't save". Check your connection and edit the field again.
  • An icon is missing from a proposal. Turn on Show social links under Proposals and invoices, and make sure the field here is not blank.
  • The link opens the wrong page. Paste the full address from the site itself rather than typing it from memory.
  • Your detailsSet the business name, owner, email, phone, website and studio link name that couples see on proposals, invoices and delivery pages.
  • Proposals and invoicesSet the banner and footer on every proposal and the header and footer bands on every invoice, with a live preview.
  • FooterChoose what sits at the bottom of the couple's page: your studio name, social links and a sign-off line.
  • The review promptAsk the couple for a Google review from their gallery, with your review link.
  • Connect InstagramLet Hailo track your Instagram posts so the Momentum score on your dashboard fills itself, and reconnect when the 60-day token runs out.
