The Notifications page
Open the full list of notifications, read what each row shows, mark one or all as read, and find where the settings live.
The bell in the top bar shows your most recent notifications. The Notifications page is the full list, up to the last hundred, for when you want to see everything or catch up after a few days away.
Open the page
Click your avatar in the top bar and choose Notifications. The page title reads Notifications.
What a row shows
| Part | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Left edge colour | Which wing the event came from: Manage, Edit or Deliver, in three weights of the same chalk tone |
| Icon | The kind of event (new lead, payment, render finished, and so on), tinted by the event |
| Title | What happened, for example "Avery & Tyler replied". When the event has a record behind it, the title is a link that opens the record and marks the row read |
| Wing pill | manage, edit or deliver |
| Body | One line of detail, such as the first line of a reply |
| Time | When it happened |
| Mark read | On unread rows only |
Unread rows have a faint tinted background. Reading a row, by clicking its title or Mark read, clears it.
Mark everything read
Click Mark all read at the top right. The page reloads with every row cleared. The button only appears when there is at least one notification.
The empty state
With nothing to show the page reads "No notifications yet." and "New leads, completed renders, and client activity will land here."
What lands here
Anything that rings the bell: a new lead, a couple replying, a consult booked, a contract signed, a payment landing or marked sent, a wedding coming up, a stage moved by an automation, a Create task reminder from an automation, a render finishing in Edit, gallery activity in Deliver, and community activity such as a comment on your post. The same event is not repeated within 24 hours.
Settings
Which events ring the bell, which also email you, and whether emails come per event or as a daily or weekly digest, all live under Settings > Notifications. Turning an event's bell off silences it completely: no row here, no email, no digest line. See Notification settings.
If it didn't work
- A row I expected is missing. Its bell toggle is off under Settings > Notifications, or the same event already fired within the last 24 hours.
- The title is not a link. That event has no record to open (a general reminder, for example).
- Mark all read did nothing. The page reloads to show the result; if rows are still marked unread, reload once more.
