Your details
Set the business name, owner, email, phone, website and studio link name that couples see on proposals, invoices and delivery pages.
Settings > Your studio > Your details holds who you are and how to reach you. These are the facts a couple reads off a proposal, an invoice or a delivery page. Changes save as you make them.
Changes apply to new proposals, invoices and delivery pages. Documents already sent keep the details they were built with.
Name and contact
All fields are in one section. Each one saves when you leave the box, and the status line at the top reads All saved once it is stored.

The hint under the box says: "The address couples see on proposals and invoices. Not the one you log in with. Change that on Account."
Hailo checks the address when you leave the field. If it is not shaped like an email you see:
"That doesn't look like an email address"
The message goes on to remind you that couples see this one on every invoice. Fix the typo and the field saves. Leaving it blank is allowed; the email line is then left off your documents.

Website
Type the domain with or without "https://". The box shows a fixed "https://" prefix in front of it, and Hailo adds the scheme for you when it saves, so "filmsbystanton.com" is stored as a working link.
Studio link name
Every proposal and booking link you send starts with this. The hint shows the full shape:

The bare address on its own is not a page a couple can visit. It is the front part of a longer, unguessable link.
How the name is cleaned up when you save:
- Anything that is not a letter, number or hyphen is removed or turned into a hyphen.
- The name must be unique across all of Hailo. If another studio already uses it, yours gets a "-2" style suffix.
- A few reserved words are not allowed and are altered.
- Leaving it blank does not clear it. Hailo regenerates the name from your business name instead, because an empty name would break every proposal link already sent.
Whatever Hailo stores is written back into the box and echoed in the hint, so you always see the real value.
Where the other studio fields live
- Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Facebook and your Google review link: Links.
- Mailing address, tax rate, payment terms and contract language: Defaults. There is a shortcut at the bottom of this page: "Mailing address, tax, payment terms, and contract language live on Defaults".
- Your sign-in email and password: Your account.
If it didn't work
- The status line reads "Couldn't save". Check your connection and edit the field again.
- The studio link name changed to something with "-2". Another studio already has that name. Pick a different one, or keep the suffix.
- The email will not save. The field only accepts something shaped like name@domain.com. Blank is fine if you would rather not print one.
